Bufotenin / GI Irritants
Contains bufotenin and GI irritants. Causes nausea, vomiting, and mild neurological symptoms. Often confused with deadly A. phalloides, causing dangerous foraging errors.
Bufotenin may cause mild visual disturbances and dream-like states, but effects are weak compared to true hallucinogenic species.
